DUROS, in 1995, entered into a sub-contract with Dongsung Construction Co., Inc., a Korean firm that was awarded the contract for the reconstruction of Cebu North Road Asphalting project from Consolacion to Danao City. Costing P60 million, this was the first road project of DUROS.
We imported our Asphalt Batching Plant and other paving equipment and machineries from Korea with the assistance of the Landbank of the Philippines. This ensures the quality of our road projects that now include the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway.
